Premium is sold by 1B2C - BENOIT CRUNELLE CONSULTING, a French EURL with a share capital of 1 000 €, registered with the Lille Métropole trade and companies register under number 949 160 881, with its registered office at 51 rue Pasteur, 59160 Lille. These terms apply to Premium purchases made by consumers on the web version of Osteonix (osteonix.app and play.osteonix.app). They supplement the game's terms of use.

A purchase made in the App Store or on Google Play is governed by Apple's or Google's terms, and they then handle payment, invoicing and refunds.

You accept these terms by ticking the box provided before paying. The version that applies is the one in force on the day of your order.

Premium is digital content sold as a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal. It lets up to 14 people play and unlocks four extra roles, more narration variants and visual themes.

The benefits apply to the games you create: every player in those games enjoys them without buying Premium themselves. An internet connection and a recent browser are required.

Premium costs 4,99 € including French VAT, payable in euros. No additional fees are charged. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.

• In the game, choose Premium and tick the box by which you accept these terms, ask for immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal (see below).
• You are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. Enter your email address and payment method, then confirm the payment: this confirmation commits you to pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never receive your card details. The amount is charged when you confirm.

Premium is activated immediately once payment is confirmed, on the device and browser used for the purchase. An order confirmation, restating these terms and your waiver of the right of withdrawal, is sent to the email address entered at payment.

If Premium does not appear within a few minutes, write to us at contact@osteonix.app with the email address used to pay.

Premium is digital content supplied immediately, not on a physical medium. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, you do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal once its supply has started, because before paying you expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right.

This consent is collected through a checkbox, unticked by default, without which the order cannot be placed.

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of supply.

If Premium does not work as described, write to us at contact@osteonix.app. We will bring it into conformity within a reasonable time, free of charge. Failing that, or if the defect is serious, you may obtain a price reduction or a refund, which removes Premium.

Premium is tied to your player session. To get it back on another device or browser, or after clearing your browser data, use "Restore purchase" and enter the email address used at payment. A single-use link, valid for 30 minutes, is sent to you. Premium then moves to that new device.

If you delete your account from the game, your purchases are deleted with it and can no longer be restored. Contact us first if you want to keep Premium.

Apart from the legal guarantee, a Premium purchase is not refundable. A full refund, or a payment dispute raised with your bank, removes Premium.

If you are under 18, the purchase requires the consent of a person with parental authority.

Your email address and purchase references are processed to supply and restore Premium. Stripe processes your payment data. Details are in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence or any other court with jurisdiction under the law.
