Delete your data

Osteonix app, published by 1B2C - BENOIT CRUNELLE CONSULTING. Osteonix doesn't ask for an email or a password: your data is tied to an anonymous player session stored on your phone.
From the app (immediate, recommended)
- Open Osteonix.
- Tap Profile, then Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.
You can't delete your data during a game: finish or leave it first.
By email
Write to contact@osteonix.app with the subject "Data deletion" and your player ID (Profile > Privacy & Data). We handle requests within 30 days. Without this ID we can't find your data, since we don't know who you are.
What is deleted immediately
Your player ID, your profile and name, your statistics and your Premium purchase records.
What is kept, and for how long
- Games already played, no longer linked to your ID: deleted at the latest 6 months after the game.
- Technical backups: erased within 30 days.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Crash reports: 90 days.
- Your purchase stays on record with Apple or Google, so you can restore it.

We never receive your payment details. For those, please contact Apple or Google.
